Location was okay, but everything is tired and a bit unappealing. Beds were comfortable enough, but glad that we didn't spend much time in the room.

Overall this motel was so lovely, the view was amazing, very quiet and easy entrance. Staff is wonderful, recommend a longer stay as it's so convenient.

We stayed as an overnight transition to flights. The room was very limited and cold. The situation near the highway and with windows that did not seem to shut properly meant for a lot of road noise. The shower was very high off the ground and there were no grab bars to assist you stepping into the shower - unsafe. The room lacked ambiance and felt cold and uninviting. Although there were two "bedrooms" one was under the stairs and the upstairs room only had access to a toilet (no shower). No privacy for the bed on the main level. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was convenient for a transition evening before a flight.

No worries about parking there is plenty. Receptionist was friendly and approachable. The room was very convenient for our needs. Only hate is blocked drains when showering and flushing toilet. Was bearable however, after we did a temporary fix. Would stay again as there are more pros than cons. Close to restaurant options, Manukau mall and rainbows end all within walking distance.

Curtain missing, dirt and grub stuck down a very rough couch, ants in the kitchen, cupboard not level and door wouldn’t close, dining chairs missing. Wouldn’t stay there again. Only good thing was its location.
