The staff in general were great, really friendly and professional. Unfortunately we found a fake nail in our room and underneath the beds was disgusting - old food, socks, shoes and rubbish. When we brought it up with reception staff they gave us a drinks voucher while they had our whole room cleaned again and gave us a breakfast voucher for the next morning which we really appreciated.

Check in staff lovely and friendly. Choose valet parking next time as the Wilson car park below a pain, lift didn’t work and cost more than valet, needed to top up payment multiple times. Lovely hotel, bathroom dated and small. Overall nice for a weekend getaway

Like the layout of the lobby. The coffee at the bar was amazing! We weren’t the awards night so the food was exceptional overall good night. Few loose items in the room, towel hanger and grab rail loose. Parking was tricky and expensive especially if you have a little one.

Good but not up to it’s usual standard
Regular returning guest. Was a busy Friday night which is not a day I usually stay. I felt the valet, bar etc was understaffed & overwhelmed, not the usual high standard of service I have come to know. One of the bar staff was particularly rude. Lifts very slow & out of order which is becoming a recurring theme !! Otherwise everything else was great, pool, spa, gym, breakfast etc. considering how busy the hotel was it was a nice quiet room experience.
