Dining service was great. Inconvenience of a kids /adults party Saturday night, lucky we went out for the night thought everything was over but kids still up yelling after midnight and early in the morning.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean. There was limited parking and it was quite a trek to carry our bags to our room. It's quite popular and there were a lot of visitors socialising in the rooms next door, however they were considerate and not too noisy. Bed was comfortable and we had an uninterrupted sleep.

Although room is well serviced daily, its size is small, toilet does not have any hooks, car park seems to be packed all the time and ground tiles are not even. The room is not well sound proof. So sound sleepers will definitely have problems.

The young man at reception desk and the cleaners were amazing. The ladies at reception desk both had horrible customer service. The hotel itself i wouldn't recommend to any families wanting to stay here as i didnt feel safe with my 16 year old son. One morning i woke up and the front foor entrance the glasswas broken. I couldn't use the gym as i was scared. They have i think poker machines or something next to the reception desk and it looks like all sort of people go here. I refrett my stay here and wouldn't recommend this pksce for any families with kids. Horrible place.

The staff here are awesome and very well presented. The Restaurant has good food - especially liked the sized of their Garlic Bread... it was soooo good. Personally, i would've preferred bigger, and firmer pillows but I'll just bring my pillow next time. This isnt our first time here. We dont need all the "bling" of fancy places to stay and this place suits our needs every time.
