Showed up from an extremely late delayed flight from the U.S. Need a place to stay quick like as place suppose to be staying at in Taupō was over a three hour drive away. This place was a nice easy drive from airport car rental. Extremely nice staff got us checked in quick like. The rooms were really nice and clean. Beds were nice and comfy. Would recommend staying here if looking for a place while in Auckland (near the airport).

As an airport hotel this offers everything you could want with parking, shuttles, comfy beds and good proximity to the airport. Our only small difficulty was with patchy wifi, which became critical as our flight was cancelled and we were reliant on connectivity to rebook! But we managed to rebook in the end and only wished the new flight hadn’t been so darn early and we could have enjoyed the comfy bed for a few more hours.

Great hotel in many ways
Fabulous stay. Really close to the airport and the dedicated shuttle is great. Its certainly one of the reasons we stay. Staff are really friendly. Cafe is nice and very reasonably priced. We always have a drink at the bar and dinner. Lots of different room sizes to choose from depending on your budget. We stay here quite often and will keep coming back.
