The front desk staff was excellent. Our room was ready early and we were able to check in with ease. We were on the 18th floor and had a great view. Our beds were very comfortable and the bathroom products were excellent. Our only real issues were only had 2 towels in our room even after requesting extra 3 (for the number of our party) and our room wasn't serviced on the 3rd day of our stay. There was a great deal of construction that made entering the hotel difficult (not the fault of the property, but I wish we had known in advance).

Comfortable hotel with all the required services. In great location. We were able to fully rest at night and walkable distance from waterfront. Shower was awesome. I loved the toiletries. Kind staff.

We love staying here, this was our fourth time since July. It’s comfortable, clean and the staff are friendly. We love the buffet breakfast especially. With 6 kids, these little getaways are heavenly to us! We dined at the restaurant last night and it was disappointing however. I do have to say that when we complained it was remedied quickly so we’re grateful for this. It did take us by surprise after the last few stays though ! Nevermind, we looked forward to breakfast… however this was also surprisingly disappointing. There was no poached egg station, the mushrooms tasted awful, the bacon was all burnt, the usual gluten free options were few and far between. Hoping that this was just a one off in the busy lead up to Christmas and our next stay will be as pleasant as the previous three!

The property is clean and modern. The breakfast spread is also very nice - with made to order eggs. The service staff - front desk and the restaurant are all very friendly and courteous. The location of the hotel is perfect - right in the middle of the Downtown/CBD area, with tons of restaurants and shopping options. Self parking in the attached garage is very convenient and fast. Would stay here again for sure !!

I was booked in for the night of November 13th, flying in from Australia. Thanks to Qantas flight cancellation and delays, I arrived at the Hotel November 14th at 0530am. Desperately tired and pee'ed off with Qantas. The wonderful guy on duty arranged check out time of 1pm without any penalties. How great! was he and the Hotel. The bed was to die for and the room was pristine. Bestest sleep ever. Check out time....again, the staff were incredible. Everyone stay at this Hotel. Easy 10/10 stars
