Very old badly needs renovation. Stuffy smell in room . Old bathroom very low & uncomfortable sink . Definitely not worth the price paid .
Reception/ Admin girl vivi was super helpful and efficient. Very friendly.
We had a really nice stay, but faced some minor issues. Convenient location. Easy parking. Check in and check out was nice and easy. Staff were all lovely. However we had some issues with the cleaning staff being too good at their job, lol - they accidentally threw out some things which weren't trash (such as contacts and contact containers). We also had an issue with the shower leaking. Neighborhood was a little loud at night, but overall it was a safe, enjoyable, and affordable experience.

room service entered and tidyed room, even though I hung the "do not disturb sign" which was annoying.
We have stayed here for years, close to the motorway ,New Market Westfield Mall , Countdown and lots of eateries nearby ,rooms are always clean n tidy ,girls at reception always helpful -nice $20 breakfast buffet

Staff at breakfast were friendly, welcoming & making sure we were happy with things before we left. Good bacon, great scrambled eggs (difficult to get this at a buffet!).

Negatives: hardly any really but- no sink at kitchenette- had to use bathroom basin to rinse cups.
- sorry but the coffee was really terrible- literally couldn't drink it- even though it was from an awesome 'fancy' looking machine at breakfast.
