Grateful for the kind staff. However, when we first checked in we were put in a room that had towels all over the floor that were completely soaked with water. The room also smelt and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. I told receptionist and he was so accommodating providing me and my family another room. That room was slightly better, but again the carpet was wet and the toilet sounded like it was flushing over and over, this was on going all night. In the morning I noticed the duvet inner was filthy and stained with only a sheet between us and the actual duvet inner. Can’t fault the receptionists as they were lovely!

We had a couple of issues with this property, but otherwise the service and room were okay for the price. The carpet in our room was wet and smelled like it had been cleaned but not dried properly and the toilet kept making a noise every minute or so (quite annoying when trying to sleep). The included breakfast was very unsatisfactory because the options were so limited. Only white bread, only butter (I'm lactose intolerant), only jam and peanut butter and I can't have peanuts and the cheese was the horrible processed slices stuck together. We weren't given an opportunity to report these issues because we weren't asked if we enjoyed our stay when we checked out.

Very dated, photos made it look way nicer! Staff were perfectly nice, just an old dark building, and though it wasn't dirty the cleanliness wasn't motel standard in my opinion. Very noisy throughout the night. Out the back was littered with rubbish. The beds were comfortable, just didnt get much sleep due to noisey guests, but it is an "airport" motel so I guess that's to be expected

The room was comfortable, clean, and reasonable. The receptionist was professional and very helpful and present. The crew is respectful. Walkable to 3 or more different eating and food shopping. Closed to walking and biking trails.

Had potential .
Overall our experience at the hotel was Ok . Perfect location central for our family reunion . Unfortunately there were a few things that let us down during our stay . My bedding was stained with drops of blood and coffee stains . The tap in the sink was constantly leaking and caused a mini flood in the bathroom ( although this was eventually remedied ) . The biggest letdown for us was the lack of carparks . This facility has some kind of a deal for airport parking and the majority of available parks were taken up with non hotel customers thus making it extremely difficult to secure a spot and this made it very tight for space . Add to that the numerous pot holes within the facility it was like navigating through an obstacle course and you were lucky not too crack your head on the roof of your car . 3/5
