Our family was in Auburn for a football weekend. The stay was perfect from start to finish. The host was accommodating and prompt with replies. Could not say enough good things about the property and host. Would definitely stay again.

Carlos was extremely easy to work with and had great communication. I accidentally booked for the wrong dates and upon realizing I messaged him and he had it squared away in minutes. Property was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. Everything was clean and even had some complimentary snacks on the table. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was clean and had all of the basics we needed. The property owner was easy to contact and responded fairly quickly to our messages. There was very little information given, just the door code for check-in. When we had a question about WiFi or the hot water, he responded and was helpful. We will book again when we return.

Good location
The house we rented was nice, in a good and quiet neighborhood. The house did have a few issues which is why I gave it 4 stars. I was in touch with the owner and he was very nice. He said he would address the problems right away which I feel he will do. I would consider renting this unit again.

Carlos was an amazing host. The property was in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was very charming. All of the beds were super comfortable, which is a major plus when not sleeping in your own bed. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Clean house in a good location that was a great stay for us, our friends, and our kids when we came to auburn overnight for a family event. Very oddly there were only sheets on the beds and no comforters/blankets, though we got by with the throw blankets we found in the house. Would stay again!

Some friends and I were in town to attend an event. The rental very empty. It WAS listed as having up to 8 people when I booked it, but they’ve now changed that number. I will say here we did bring two extra guests than allowed and are ok with paying the fee for that broken rule. That is on us. Now for the rental- there were only 4 chairs in the dining room, only about 4 spots open on the couch, and no coffee table (we wanted to play a board game or two but ended up playing scrabble on the floor). The host never responded to my messages of “We’re here!” Or “Should we leave the towels in the washing machine?” As we couldn’t find check in OR check out materials. Couldn’t find the Wi-Fi either. As for the property- both showers leaked everywhere and caused slipping, I found a baby cockroach in one of the bathrooms I had to kill while taking a shower, and the front windows don’t lock. That wasn’t my utmost concern since it’s in a safe neighborhood though. It was a quiet neighborhood though which was nice, and we were able to cook dinner and breakfast (just barely as there were no baking elements only some cooking). It was close to a Walmart and Publix which was very nice when we ended up having to go buy baking trays. Auburn is a beautiful little town and our event was fun to attend, but we’re staying somewhere else next time.
