I travel a lot and whenever I come to Jersey I stay wherever the manager i know is running the hotel and this time it just happens to be the Journeys End. She is very capable, kind, and understanding. One day I knew i was going to be arriving late so I called ahead. I arrived at 3 am. She was up waiting for me, ready with the key. So this is an example of the kind of service ypu can expect when you stay here. The hotel, however, could use a thorough spring cleaning, inside and out. I think every hotel with diverse traffic should have a spring cleaner once a month, especially those rooms that have rugs.
So the condition and cleanliness of the hotel should reflect the the personality of the manager who smiles when you enter the office for your reservation. I would help.
