Please remember that there are guests in the Ground floor unit.

If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please let us know if something is missing or needed at check-in. We can't fix the issue if we do not know about it. =)
North Beach, Ventnor City is close to Atlantic City's exciting entertainment, casinos, nightlife, shopping and transportation. Our community contains many wonderful restaurants, retail establishments, professionals and service companies.
Conveniently located at the North Beach end of Ventnor City, you can easily walk to many places. Located 1 block and half from the beach, access to Atlantic and Ventnor Aves where you can find Jitney stops to take you to other shore points.
STAIRS
You will have to climb 1 flight of stairs to get to the front door of the home.
Once inside, there are 2 more flights of stairs.
4 Bedrooms on 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor.
TRASH
Trash day is Monday. 2 trash bins are kept on the left side of the home (when facing the house). If you are staying over Sunday night, we would really appreciate it if you could help us out by bringing the trash bins to the curb Sunday night, or early Monday morning.
PARKING
Unit 2:
You can park right out front on the street in front of the driveway, even though it is labeled 'NO PARKING.' We have also included 1 parking pass; you can put them on your car dashboard during your stay and park on the street.
Please be mindful and obey all street signs. We are not responsible for any parking tickets and or violations.

TV
We have a Smart TV in our living room area. We DO NOT have cable. You will be able to log into applications like Netflix, Hulu, etc...with your own credentials.
BEACH BADGES
We provide 5 beach badges during the Summer season- Memorial day weekend through Labor day weekend.
If beach badges are lost or not returned, there will be a fee of $75 per beach tag.
Additional beach badges can be purchased at Ventnor City Hall or on the beach by any Beach Badge Inspector. Beach badges are required for all individuals 12 and older.
BEACH SUPPLIES
During the Summer season (Memorial day weekend - Labor day weekend, we also provide some beach chairs, kid beach toys, and umbrella.
This is a first come, first serve basis with the Main House unit.
OUTDOOR SHOWER
Outdoor shower for this unit is on the RIGHT of the house, behind main house stairs.
Noise level:
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.
If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.
Welcome book is located in the unit with helpful tips, useful information, and suggestions to help make your stay at the Jersey Shore pleasant!
- QUIET HOURS 10pm-8am; This is not a party house.
-We welcome children, but the house isn't childproofed so you need to use your judgement. We also do not provide any infant/toddler supplies. You will have to bring your own.
-Primary renter must have a valid, government ID on file.
- If there is any guest 18 yrs old or younger, the primary renter must be 25 years or older.
- Please make sure to keep the place as tidy as possible during your stay.
Additional cleaning fees will be charged up to $300 for extremely messy checkouts.
-Late check out is absolutely prohibited unless agreed to prior to arrival. Any late check out of more than 15 minutes will be charged $100 for every 15 minutes starting at 10:15, up until check in time (4pm). We have cleaning crews scheduled to come in precisely at checkout to adhere to normal cleaning and extra Covid precautions.
- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
