Was told I had to request maid service so great I call and they never came. The smell of weed resonated through the floors between 3 and 5 am EVERY MORNING. Now usually I wouldn’t care but when I’m already uncomfortable………

I was checked in promptly, but the hotel and my room reeked of marijuana. It was evident that smoking was taking place not only in rooms of the hotel, but also in public areas. I would not stay here again.

Right before falling asleep people next door were trying to open the door in between both rooms. They had kids that were yelling and screaming around 10:45 p.m. The only thing the hotel could do was move me to another room so I had to pack up all four of us move to a different room. That room's bathroom door handle was broken and it would not shut all the because it would rub against the tile flooring. The refrigerator wasn't working properly and I couldn't keep my meds stored. One of the water bottles left for us by the hotel was open and somebody had drank the quarter of the water.

The check-in process was horrible. I waited 45 min. The facility smells like marijuana. When I asked for batteries for the TV remote, I was told to come downstairs to grab them instead of bringing them to me. The people who were sleeping next to us were arguing and screaming at each other the entire weekend of my stay. Overall, I would not stay there ever again.

The check-in process took a little bit, as room was already taken. A little scary if I had walked in on somebody. It was corrected quickly. The room was updated and clean. My only remark about our room was it being separated from the building. On pretty days, that's not a problem, but there was a cold snap, so cold walking to building to eat, then walk back. Not the end of the world though.

The staff were pretty friendly. The design inside was nice and beds were comfortable. Everything worked. But, place was dusty and there was nowhere to get free drinking water except during breakfast hours. This was the biggest minus. Otherwise I would have given 4 stars.
