Lovely Hotel. F&B staffing issues
The property was lovely- great location for ballpark trip. Loved our room 3rd floor bar was not staffed well - they seemed to drop in from other posts. no one knew where keys were to get drinks. We were handed menus but no one was around to take order. Manager eventually showed up and just said everyone was busy elsewhere - no real apology. When you all have big events/conferences don't forget to take care of your regular guests. We are important too!! We gave up and went over to the yard.

Omni Hotel for Braves games.
Each and every member of the staff was outstanding-very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent although I killed a roach in the bathroom and never figured out how to turn off one of the lights. Charging for WiFi with the room rate as high as it was is stealing. Having said all of that, we will come back to this hotel if we get to another Braves game.

Awful customer service from everyone
Our plane had mechanical issues and we never made it to the hotel. We spent almost $1200 on two rooms to take our young boys to the Braves game. The airline (Delta) won’t reimburse us for the room. The Omni won’t help us because we booked it through a third party, Hotels.com. Hotels.com says it’s on the Omni to help us, which they won’t. We are loyal customers of Hotels.com and we get no help from anyone. $1200 down the drain, never got there. Nobody cares about the little guy. Nobody cares about customer retention in this disgusting corporate profit driven world. Shame on all of them.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Omni mostly for its proximity to Truist Park and the Battery. I was a little disappointed in the lack of shops open on a Sunday for our walk about.
