This metro Atlanta home is located 10-15 minutes from just about everything downtown - Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Georgia Aquarium, and more! The property is also in close proximity to the upper westside, the Battery Atlanta, and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Guests enjoy the upper level unit (main level) of the home to themselves. The owners of the property and their two super friendly Labrador Retrievers occupy the lower level unit with a separate entrance.

Please note, there is a ring doorbell next to the front door on the exterior of the home. Additionally, there are two exterior security cameras (one monitoring the driveway and one monitoring the front yard).

Additionally, there is a noise decibel monitor in the living room. The monitor also detects smoke (i.e., marijuana, cigarette, etc.). For the avoidance of doubt, the noise/smoke monitor does NOT record audio.

Fantastic and Very Clean House!!
Property comfortably slept all six of our family. It was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. We met a few of the neighbors and they were delightful. Everything was great and the owners were very friendly and communication was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again!

Atlanta Trip
This house was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room and very clean! The owner made every aspect of our stay easy! The only reason we did not give 5 stars for the location and neighborhood was the surrounding homes were not comparable. We do know that several neighborhoods in the Atlanta area are going through "facelifts" and every home cannot be renovated at once. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the home was wonderful!

Great place, great host
As the title suggested. Nicely renovated home and property. The host was great and a good communicator. The location was close to where we wanted to enjoy our time and event in atlanta. However, there's something unsettling about all the litter and lack of care within the neighborhood/area. It feels a bit sketchy like I would wish there were a home alarm and security especially if I were with family members.

Great stay close to midtown
Everything about the property is exactly as described in the listing. It’s beautifully decorated with the perfect amount of space for our group of 5. John was very quick to respond and checked in to make sure we had everything. Super great guy and great place. The neighborhood is in the process of gentrification but hey it’s Atlanta everything is.

The house was extremely clean, nicely decorated and so pretty. John was easily reached (although we didn’t need anything). The neighborhood left a bit to be desired, but we felt very safe. We would definitely stay there again. Close to all the things we had planned and a very comfortable home with lovely hosts.

GA weekend spot
The house was lovely and very cozy. Newly remodeled and very comfortable. The fenced yard was a great convenience for our dogs. We had a lovely time! Communication with John, the host, was amazing throughout. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend for anyone coming to the area.

Excellent experience for a small young family visiting Atlanta downtown attractions
First of all, the hosts were amazing and very accommodating. They even went out of their way to furnish the place with a pack-n-play so that we wouldn't have to travel with our own. The place was very nice, and you can tell that a lot of effort was put into making it comfortable and stylish. We were surprised by how easy it was to get into the downtown attractions, even with crazy Atlanta traffic, yet still be outside of town where it was quiet. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Quick weekend Braves game getaway
My husband and 4 of our friends planned a weekend trip to go to a Braves game and play top golf. We were able to Uber to DT which was about a 20 min drive. John was very easy to communicate with and also checked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything or if there was anything he could help with. The house was spotless, easy checking process and exactly what we expected. I would definitely book this property again. We enjoyed ourselves and our stay!
