Rooms are clean but the weed smell throughout the rooms is crazy, although these are suppose to be No Smoking rooms. Staff was ok and housekeeping was friendly. Price was good so no complaints. The Beds are so so, they newer more comfortable mattresses but the sheets were clean and the bathroom I was in had HOT water...a Big Plus. Michael U.S. Army Veteran

It was roaches everywhere I couldn't sleep because roaches were crawling in the bed. Bugs were on the ceiling so I didn't sleep so I sat up in the chair until it got day light. I would love a refund because that was a very bad stay.

This hotel is disgusting, 2 used condoms was on my bathroom floor when i checked in & dried up blood was on my pillow cases, housekeeping is rude & didnt clean my room for a week. The manager has a terrible attitude she is a very rude and nasty woman, extremely unhelpful. A GUN SHOT went off inside the hotel early this morning. I dont feel safe in this environment with my NEWBORN BABY!!!

Customer service provided was excellent, the property was in good condition for the most part the only issue I had was in my room the shower handle was broken and the water was cold. At first I thought maybe it was a maintenance issue with the water but then when the handle fell completely off I was quickly corrected. The refrigerator in the room also was turned off and I a had to plug it up and turn it on. It was clean I can say the room was also clean for the most past and kept in alright condition. The smell that was in the hotel/ hallway was not very pleasant as well the whole place smelled of smoke. Hopefully they are working to remodel and update this property. And that is a problem that needs to be addressed with the owners. Because obviously mangment is doing there part and that can be observed by the outstanding customer service that the employees provide at the front desk. I would stay again but just now referrer others to until I know some of the issues I addressed above have been fixed.
