There are no vending machines on the floors and the lobby store has nothing to choose from. People kid's running around around free

Closest elevator was out of order. The elevator at the far end had a spill and was sticky a I reported both to the front desk and they said they would get someone on the Lee site floor and I believe they seemed already aware of the non-functioning elevator.

Rooms could use some work especially the shower area and I don’t understand why towels couldn’t be delivered to the room when there is staff there on the floors still cleaning rooms All I needed was towels and wash cloths for my room and I called while I was out so that I could have them in the room after working 16+ hours but no I have to walk all the way to the front desk from the 3rd floor knowing there elevator was down I was not going to beg but I’m not sure if this is the hotel for me

The breakfast was not the best 3/10. What hotel does not offer regular cold water to drink for Breakfast. The options were, hot water and fountain water. Next, the treadmill equipment in gym did not work. Both treadmill were not functional at all. The main elevator was out of service and had to walk down the hallway to the other elevator. This elevator inspection was expired over a month ago. Will not stay at this hotels again.

The staff was very courteous. The first room we were assigned was dirty and the refrigerator didn't work. The second room was acceptable but the apolstered sofa and chair in both rooms were very stained and unappealing. I also was very upset about the fire alarm going off at midnight. I have a bad back and knee and had to go down 3 flights of stairs.
