The rooms were very comfortable. I didn’t like much the bathroom space and it’s location, but they were clean. The breakfast food was good, but it seems that the hotel was not prepared for the large quantity of guests during the weekend . There was not much of food left with still an hour remaining on the defined breakfast hours . Neither forks , spoons nor napkins. It was a little frustrating to keep requesting things. Also, we had to pay for parking, although the Expedia perks clearly shows that parking was included. This issue was unexpected and frustrating.

I chose this hotel because their website advertised a shuttle for near by attractions and an onsite restaurant. These things are no longer available per the front desk. They need to update their website. The rooms are not cleaned unless you advise the front desk. If you need anything, you need to physically go downstairs to speak to someone, if you find someone. No one in the front desk answers the phone. I will not be staying here again. If this is what Hyatt offers, I will not choose this hotel anywhere.

trip to Atlanta!!
At the beginning they gave us a room that smelled very damp. I asked to change rooms and that one was fine. When I booked it said free parking and at the hotel you have to pay $12 a night for parking. The bathroom door creaked every time it was opened. They don't give you drinking water in the rooms.

I didn't like the attitude of the staff when I was in lobby for breakfast. One of the girl called me back to clean the dish that wasn't mine, not even say sorry when she knew that wasn't mine. It was bad customer service.

Staff was friendly overall, but property could use more maintenance and care. In the room, sink handle was broken, bathroom door had to be forced shut, uncomfortable, flat pillows and sofa had stains. Lobby was clean, inviting. Cleaning staff was kind.
