Hyatt Place has some of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept on in a hotel. The room was very well situated and the layout was great. The only issue with the room was that it was located very close to the area where they make food for the folks at the bar and it did get pretty loud.

I stayed at the Hilton the 2 nights prior and couldn’t get any sleep. Granted this was a Monday night but it was wonderful. The towels were not as plush, the shampoo etc. less quality… but I don’t care! I would choose the Hyatt!!!

Nice clean and tucked away hotel , but the view from the street needed to be more visible if your not paying attention you can miss the hotel .

We stayed one night at Hyatt Place Atlanta Norcross. The sink faucet was inverted, and both the bed and couch made squeaky noises with the slightest movement. The pillows were low quality and not fluffy. The restroom door didn’t close properly. While the room size was decent, the design wasn't very well thought out. I would prefer other hotels before returning here.

The rooms are very spacious. They have a mini refrigerator and coffee maker in the rooms. I didn't like that there was no microwave and you had to pay for parking. We ending up having to stay another day and they were able to accommodate us and we were able to keep our same rooms. Overall it was a good hotel and pet friendly.

Needs to be noted that the parking lot for the hotel is owned by a 3rd part and it’s $12 a day to park there. Seams most of the A/C in the hotel wasn’t working. Elevator and hallways uncomfortably hot. Room A/C had to work overtime to keep your room cool.
