The hotel is going through a major renovation and the construction noise was unbearable. It was almost 24 hrs even though the construction it self was not. We had so many guests complaining about the same issue. The hotel should not have been opened. I should be getting the money back.

Good hotel and would stay again
Great hotel overall. Very convenient location with restaurants you can walk to easily. Nice rooms. Bar and food in hotel. Pool is alright and gets some sun.

Property was quiet and clean. Heads up ! There is a lot of construction going on so may not so quiet during the week. Also, pool and hot tub currently closed due to construction. With current tempatures in the high 90s was Very dissapointed. All of this should of been disclosed before booking. On a positive note,the workout room has been updated. Still felt a little bait and switch was going on. If you offer items at your property They should be functional Shame on you Hilton Garden!!!!

Over great stay
Check in was great, quite easy. The elevator seem a bit sketchy as to the door wouldn’t close we had to get of that one a get on the one next to it ( could have just been a flick) because others were using it later). When we got to the room the carpet was worn at the entrance in the room. I only thing that bothered me was the fact that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, not even an extra roll. But I did get some from the front desk easily.

Very disappointed in our stay at this hotel. We were given a handicap accessible room when we didn’t request one. We booked through Expedia and the hotel said it was not their choice but that it was the room Expedia booked for us. I find that hard to believe because I booked months ago so why would they not hold an accessible room in case someone did request this type of room, but whatever. The room felt very old. It had mechanical blinds instead of blackout curtains. The blinds didn’t operate correctly, and a metal guide from one blind just fell off onto my bare toe. Also, one of the blinds would not stay down all the way do there was a very bright line of light into our room all night. The bathroom felt 30 years old. The lighting was terrible, there was no fan/vent in the bathroom, the bathroom door would not stay open, the towel hook fell off the wall when trying to hang a towel on it, and because it was a handicap shower there was no basin or door and there was water all over the floor. The one positive I can give this room was the beds were comfy and felt clean. When I booked the description said the had breakfast. They did, but it was $14 a person. I like to feel like a get a treat when I travel. This place was no treat and felt like a very old hotel. Other rooms might be nice, but ours definitely wasn’t.

From the front desk to the customer service level of staff to the clean, spacious rooms this place has it all. Handicapped rooms with wheel in showers are by far the best I’ve experienced since needing accessible rooms. Definitely a return customer to this location whenever traveling there.
