After leaving the hotel next door due to how poor the conditions were, this property was a breath of fresh air LITERALLY, it looked, smelled and was CLEAN. From the time you walked through the doors it’s bright, inviting the front desk staff are warm and inviting and the complimentary hot coffee and tea station was over the top for those of us who drink coffee throughout the day. The room was spacious and the microwave and fridge was a bonus. The bedding felt like clouds and the couch in the room didn’t give off bedbug vibes . I chose the other hotel because of the 3 star rating but this property needs to be rated 4 star as it’s above and beyond what’s being described.
Love this hotel! The guest reps at the front desk were amazing! So nice and friendly. I love the welcoming TV message with my name. The location was great and I love the Johns Creek area. Would definitely recommend!
