The location Perfect, but the hotel room showed light cleaning, not necessarily a deep cleaning that you would want to see in a room you check in for the first time. They seem to be too types of staff. When I checked in both the valet and the front desk were helpful and informative. The evening shift seem distracted and gave inaccurate information like how I could receive my DoorDash delivery or valet who Offered to load our bags into our vehicle.

Great place, great staff
This place is spectacular. The hotel lobby is on the top (20th) floor. Rooms have good views of the city. The staff was great. The most accommodating staff I've encountered (and I travel often). The breakfast was hot (eggs, meat, potatoes), along with cold items, and was plentiful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Besides the customer service which was average, the hotel itself was nothing to wish for unfortunately. I had to change the initial room I stayed at because of the smelly carpet. The second room had an ac that was not functioning properly, and similar smelly carpet. I would not recommend this hotel.

The lobby is on the 20th floor, with very nice views, and the usual free drink options of Hampton Inn. The room was very clean and very nice. The two things we did not like were that we were told we didn't get housekeeping because we were in the room at 8:30am. That didn't seem right to us. Also, we asked for a one hour late checkout at 11:00 and were told it was too late to ask for late checkout.

Hampton Inn Midtown ATL
Good location, rooms are nicely updated, the a/c wasn't working well. It took them a while to switch us to a different room. Overall, it's a nice hotel and they offer a decent breakfast spread every morning with good coffee available all day long. The valet parking is expensive and if you tip through the app, it charges you tax on the tip and a service fee on top of that. Loved the rooftop bar that offers light food and nice views, the bartender was awesome, which I remembered her name!
