Stayed at many properties in the area. This is the first time any hotel has held 100$- PER DAY for “incidentals”. ((This is more than the cost of the room). Where - during a 3 night stay- is someone spending 300$? There is no mini bar, no shop, no restaurant, no bar. The room was clean. The hotel is locked 24 hours a day so don’t forget your room key. Staff were pleasant.

We arrived in the early am hours with the plan to sleep in. The cleaning staff was so loud that that was not a possibility. They were having a raucous conversation outside my door at 8am. The second night there was a beeping emanating every 2 minutes from the room next door. Called the front desk and they had nobody available to investigate and nobody came to speak with the occupants to determine what was causing the noise. I paid for 2 nights rest and I did not receive what I paid for. The cleaning staff was disruptive and the front desk staff was dismissive of my concerns. Not Happy.

I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again unless needed. I booked for two nights and everything was great online, when I arrived I was told I had to pay an overnight parking fee of $35 per night (that wasn’t disclosed at the moment of booking), so that was something I wasn’t expecting, as a paying customer. Entering the hotel the lady at reception seemed annoyed to be working there, but whatever it can happen to anyone. I arrived at the check-in time on the dot and was told to wait 15 minutes until housekeeping finished the room. I didn’t mind waiting but well that happened. The hotel rooms themselves are very “obsolete”, beginning by the bathroom looking like it came out of the 90s. The room phone could look like it came out of a 1970s movie. The TV had very low quality display and the room’s carpet looked old. It definitely needs some renovations. Now to the biggest point I have to make here: THERE WAS NO HOUSEKEEPING. I had to call front desk to request a fresh set of towels for every day I stayed. And I had to go to the lobby to pick them up. One thing I have to mention though, the breakfast staff was 10/10. Ladies kept the breakfast area clean, were very attentive and very courteous as they greeted every customer with a “good morning”, unfortunately most of the guests do not have the manners to respond, we live in a society I guess.

Property claims to have parking (paid), but it's either shared with the public, or just too tiny for the number of guests. We couldn't find a spot on either night of our two day stay and had to park in the nearby garage and walk over. The area is terrible and run down, with a lot of weird people in the area. Didn't feel safe walking around in the night, even to close by eateries. The room is the definition of basic; 5/10 rating for beds,bathroom was clean-ish, sink drains slowly, but they only replace towels and do housekeeping every other day. The blinds are terrible, the surrounding area has a lot of lights and the room is quite bright even with blinds down. The corridors are quite noisy too, people talking all the time. Experience with the staff was mixed. Everyone was polite.The lady who checked us in was determined not to give straight answers to any questions about parking (beyond telling us th parking lot might be full, which we could see ourselves). A different lady on our second day was very nice, and gave us free waters instead of having to buy the ridiculously overpriced ones from their machines.

Thank you for our anniversary stay
My husband and I stayed at this property for our anniversary. It was a quick 1-day getaway - checking in on Friday and checking out on Saturday morning. Overall good stay. Check-in was a little confusing with small parking lot out front. Maybe there should be a sign indicating that it is a check-in lot?? After check-in, then I was redirected to parking lot for hotel guests. I gave lower stars for cleanliness and condition of our room. The room was cute & cozy, beds were very comfortable but we found an eyelash stuck in the comforter, and drainage in our bathroom sink was very slow. The location of hotel was excellent as it was very close to downtown Atlanta attractions. The front desk staff and ladies responsible for the daily breakfast were friendly. Security of the hotel was also excellent. I would recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again.
