Everyone at the front desk were so courteous. There was a particular young man, and I wish I could remember his name. He was setting up the complimentary breakfast. He knew I was nervous about a procedure I was having at Emory Hospital, and he was so sweet and calmed me down and I will always be grateful to him. Thank you.

Tub not draining during shower, window shade didn’t come down so all the light from front of building and business across the street lit up my room all night. I could clearly see thru the curtain into the building across the street everything they were doing so I know they could see me too. I also asked for a wake up call THAT NEVER CAME. I could have missed my flight.
