We stayed twice, on 12/6 and 12/9. Both times the staff went above and beyond to help us. I needed a shower chair and they provided one for me. We didn't make it for the evening meal the first night but the second stay we made it with 2 minutes to spare and the clerk let us eat before we checked in, which was so appreciated. The staff even remembered us and was very helpful on answering questions like best routes to take.. we will definitely stop here again when we travel from Ohio to Florida and vise versa. I would highly recommend this location for the staff and comfort. the first night

I would go back to this hotel - Drury Inn Marietta
Great hotel. Easy to get to. Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was higher quality than expected. Staff worked hard to make sure there was fresh coffee.

It was a nice check in, but went downhill. My mom is handicapped and just asked for a different type of pillow, and was denied claiming they didn't have longer pillows (these were nice cubes). Found out later on they did indeed have them. The room smelled like methane gas, and the alarm randomly went off at 6am. It was fairly unpleasant.

My wife and I stopped shopping at Kroger in favor of Publix because of employee attitude. We're making the same choice for Drury since we now know you will accept our westy. For the same reason: employee attitude. This was the best experience since the Royal York in Toronto and our precious couldn't cross the border with us.

Everything was okay, but be aware that I can hear what going on in the hallways, bathrooms, and other rooms pretty well. It was jarring at times, but other than that, everything was fine.
