I do wish a sit down restaurant was on the premises but the bar was ok with decent selections. Also the buffet breakfast should serve some food variations day to day or lower the price. On the second day the food was not as good, for that price.potatoes dry & overcooked or warmed up too much. The fruit was too ripe or some too ripe. The price requires good selections should be provided

The staff were very nice and welcoming. My room was clean and had everything I needed, except for a microwave. The light that was closest to the door didn’t work, but I just used the lamps and the bathroom light. There were a lot of food places in the surrounding area, plus they served food at the hotel. And I felt very safe. I really enjoyed my stay!

The hotel is very good! The only thing that upset me was the fact that here at Expedia was one price with included breakfast and there they want to charge me again. Then we talked to the receptionist and they found that in fax the breakfast was included. But when we received the bill in the credit card they charged for the price again. Thankfully they refunded the money because called then and I talked to Gale ( which was a little rude during the phone call) and she said they will refund the money.

Awful service, terrible room conditions. Room lock didn't work and we were forced to wait for the staff to repair the door rather than moving us. The HVAC intake made a loud hissing sound throughout the night, staff said they would "look into it." Was also triple charged for a breakfast that was included in our room rate - later refunded but they were clearly trying to steal from us. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

I booked through Expedia and I was supposed to have the two room suite. The hotel does not have a two-room suite and informed me that I paid too much and they couldn't do anything because I booked through expedia. They tried to accommodate me but said there was nothing they could do about the price that I overpaid.
