Nice upgrades to room. It would be nice to have water bottles and not the smell of pot in the hallway. I received a reminder to checkout after I handed over my key. That made me nervous. Breakfast grab and go should be earlier for customers as this is an airport based hotel with very early travelers.

The hotel was really easy to get checked into and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! Their kitchen stays open until 2am, which is nice if you are arriving late. The breakfast was nice. I definitely recommend staying here!

I had an emergency trip, my stopover in Atlanta was going to be very long, so I took a room reservation at 6pm on November 19, my flight arrived in Atlanta at 11h45pm and when I arrived at the hotel they told me that my reservation was lost because I did not check in at 3pm, but it was impossible to do so because I was traveling and I also took the reservation at 6pm, that money should be refunded to me.

There were no signs to indicate where the hotel shuttle picked up. I called from desk for over an hour before I departed and the over an hour before my plane took off to ask about the shuttle and the front desk never picked up. My shower had hair on the walls and the pillows smelt like sweat. I can’t say this was a good experience, overall I think I’ve been generous with the scores. I made no complaints, I was in Atlanta for a funeral. The staff were consistently cordial.
