We had no tv connection at all .. I went to the front desk to tell the associate and he said he was going to come , he ended up coming a hour later knocking on the door at 10 pm when we just decided to go to sleep because we couldn’t watch tv . No phone in the room either … the phone did not work at all and was unplugged . I plugged up the light and phone and both did not work . Also the water temperature was cold , no hot water
