The hotel is okay but the mattresses were very soft and I got a really sore back. Special call-out though to the amazing receptionist, Al, who was tremendously helpful, particularly in guiding us to area restaurants.

Everything was fine, didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t say anything about it but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. It was so hard that it was like sleeping on the floor. I barely slept, grateful it was only one night.

Great customer service
Hotel was clean and the check in was quick. The remote control in my room was not working and when called to the lobby they came to my room to fix it. Good customer service. The lady in the lobby was very sweet when I asked her to change the channel in the lobby TV because I wanted to watch F1 race during breakfast she also was very kind and borrowed her own iphone charge to charge my phone. Great people working in the hotel.

My stay at this property was great. I had a little staycation to get out of my house and this area has a lot of shopping and restaurants to explore. I visited on a weekend that was on a holiday, so the hotel wasn't busy at all. I didn't have any issues; my check in was a breeze and the Front Desk Associates were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, but unfortunately the bed wasn't that comfortable. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again, but it wouldn't be for longer than a week due to the bed. Overall a great stay and I look forward to staying there again.

We have stayed here numerous time over the past couple years and it's always a pleasant experience. Breakfast is a definite plus and staff is always pleasant and helpful. Parking is always available and it's close to shopping and other activities. We could sometimes use a full size fridge but the small one usually fits our needs. Overall an A experience.

Great hotel, bad pool management
The customer service m, breakfast, and cleanliness were great. Whoever thought it was a good idea to renovate the pool in the hottest months of the year was an idiot. My younger crowd was so disappointed the pool was not working at the end of June.
