I can't fault anything from the service I have received, as a person of colour which I hardly find any one that look like us, the staff and services was extraordinary, my little one said "Mum, why are they always smiling and extremely nice" this people are something else, always ready to help, like they go extra mile. I have learnt that it really doesn't cost nothing to be kind! I met with other guest and they had nothing negative to say. They have shown myself and my family extraordinary kindness and I will definitely be back here with friends and family. Thank you guys!

We travelled here with Family of four with 2 older teenagers. The pool and direct access to the ocean were great. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff are very attentive to your needs. You can tell they enjoy having tourists and look to take care of your needs. We were all very happy with our time there.

The hotel is certainly cute. It was clean and refreshed. Good value for money for sure. The hotel was noisy between floors. Heard all the slamming doors on floors and could hear the people able us bouncing a little ball or something. As well, a dog next door barked throughout the night. The hair dryer was missing the back filter part which actually sucked my wifes hair into the impeller. We had to cut some of her hair out and it hurt her when it happened. We reported it this morning when we wentbto breakfast but no action. But when we checked out I let a different staffer know and thats when staff attended the room. Overall though we were happy with the get away and restaurants near by where excellent!

Front Desk Staff (Evi) is friendly, courteous, helpful and personable. Breakfast is amazing, proximity to other dining options are excellent. The beach on the property is beautiful with magnificent views. I would stay here again and again, and we have. This was our thir time staying here.
