The hotel is located in a strategic location; half way between Syntagma and Monastiraki metro stations, steps from Ermou shopping street and directly next to the Holy Metropolitan Church. The view from the Terrace is amazing as it overlooks both the church and the Acropolis. This is a rare find in Athens. The Staff are friendly, attentive, and accomodating. The hotel itself is basic; a kettle is provided upon request ,the shower water is hot, the bed is comfortable. The elevator, though outdated, functions just fine and I could fit with both my suitcases. It is no different than ones found in old buildings in Europe. Facilities do require maintenance and I already knew that before booking the hotel. That did not pose an issue for me.

Overall this property is conveniently located near everything. Shopping, dining and transportation. My only con about this property is that the room was a bit small, however after we figured out how to work around this then I would say we loved everything else.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants and main tourist sights. Rooms are a little small but expected for it's price and central location. Would definitely stay again.

I'm not picky about hotels as I usually use them only a nice shower and a good sleep after a busy day. The location was amazing and the view to the Acropolis from the rooftop was perfect! However, our room was not cleaned properly. There was hair on our bedsheets, makeup marks on the duvet cover/blanket. The mattress is really old and smelly, it was yellow! Needing a change asap. The pillows were old and yellow and had a thin pillow sheet with tears and stains on it. The bathroom is tiny and kind of dark. Needing some lights in there. The room was also dark. The good point was that even being in a busy area, the window is new and has a good soundproofing. It had AC, which was good too. Other than the cleaning issue and the lack of lighting... It's an okay hotel for 1 night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator... It's interesting haha.

The hotel has a prime location, walkable to all touristic sites. The staff very helpful. Between the church bells and the restaurants in the street, it was very noisy at night. The bedroom was clean and the linin very good. Very small rooms, very small shower, our luggage's stored in the small balcony. Transportation service excellent (Pick up at the airport didn't work) but transfer to the airport was punctual. for one person is fine, but for a couple it is almost impossible.

The hotel is a family business. The location is amazing close to metro stations, shopping and places to eat. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. We will definitely be back.

This property is in a great location. However, it is more like a hostel than a hotel. Rooms are extremely small and lift is equally tiny. This was our first time in Athens so was unfamiliar with the city. The hotel is inexpensive for the area but you get what you pay for. If you just want a place to sleep this is for you. If you want any amenities it’s not the place for you.

We stayed here for 4 days while in Athens. It was close to many great sights, which is why we booked it. The room was VERY small, and needed a bit of upkeep. The room was clean, just very small, minimal storage area, nothing to make the room comfortable. The TV was so small on the wall it looked like a postage stamp! Basic room with no frills, close to great sights.
If you look close, there is a TV on the wall :)

Great location, but be prepared for church bells
We enjoyed our stay… our hotel room was located exactly opposite the Mitropolis church… so expect to hear the church bells ring every hour on the hour al day long. I used earplugs and that helped. The rooms are quite small. It’s a 2* hotel so don’t expect too much. Great location.

Great budget hotel that's in a great location to get to the Acropolis. Staff was super helpful with recommendations and available for any of our needs. The rooftop has an amazing view of the Parthenon. A great hotel that serves it's purpose of somewhere to sleep and rest since you're out sightseeing during the day anyway.
