Beautiful kovstion And close to the airport, which is a major plus. Hotel is located near the beach beach much nicer to stay in the inner city of Athens. Service on the beach needs to get better but overall well worth it.

This is a great place for a night before a flight, especially if you have snorkeling gear. The beach here is clean and deep and filled with large schools of fish that one doesn't see snorkeling on the main tourist islands. There are good restaurants nearby. The locals come out to enjoy the evenings and the place is not touristic.

The photos on the website are deceiving. I booked a double room and they gave me a single very very small room that they squeeze a second bed into which had absolutely no space left. The second bed was put in front of the sliding door that leads onto the balcony. I couldn't get out. Balcony door had no lock. Hot water didn't work and I ended up having a cold shower. Avoid at all cost. Do not go there. It is 2 star rated but it should be 1 star. Belongs in a third world country. Customer service is atrocious

The place is beautiful, you have a pool and a beach right in front of the hotel and food is wonderful and tasty. I definitely recommend coming here but the shower is tiny other than that recommended.

KIANI AKTI is right on the waterfront with a beautiful view and a swimming beach directly across the road. The staff could not be more helpful, organising taxis, recommending restaurants and helping in any way possible.

This is an OLD property I believe that if you come to terms with that while booking you wont be shocked when you arrive, that being said the staff is very nice and the property is clean, but suffers from everything an old property will, the breakfast wasn't included. Also this property is away from like everything so I won't recommend this unless you are planning to just hub back to the airport like the next day or so.

Great location, friendly staff. Only downsides are very small room (I asked for a two twin bed room which I got, but I hardly fit in the room, especially the shower) and the cleaning staff didn't speak any English at a hotel near the airport.

We stayed here on the last day of a multi-day Greece tour. The rooms were tiny and dated, but the price was right, the AC worked great, and the location right on the ocean was unbeatable. There are multiple restaurants within easy walking distance and a small convenience shop just across the street. I’d definitely choose this place again.

Mein Zimmer war neu renoviert und sehr schön, Das 2.Zimmer hatte ein Problem mit der Zimmertuer die immer aus der Zage fiel. Wurde 2x repariert leider ohne Erfolg. Kann aber einen Aufenthalt im Hotel nur empfehlen.Lage ist top.Personal sehr freundlich!
