Hardly a 4-star hotel. What 4-star hotel charges separately for using an iron/ ironing board, and what 4-star hotel imposes separate charge of 4 euros for hot chocolate at breakfast, when breakfast is included in the rate? Also, we felt unwelcome, as our DOUBLE room had been supplied with towels for just one person, and we had to go to the receptionist to ask for more towels --- but why should we have to -- at a 4-star hotel? It doesn't matter how "friendly" they appear to be and how widely they smile -- the impression we got when faced with just 1 set of towels was -- that one of us two guests, must be unwelcome. And when that's the first impression as soon as you first arrive in your room, not much can change it. Also, they would not leave a spare toilet roll in the bathroom (again, 4-star property??!?), and when we ran out, we had to go to the receptionist late at night to ask for toilet paper, and what he brought us, was half a roll, obviously left over from another guest...
