Everything you want but…
Amazing little house just outside Astoria but one major issue and one minor issue. The major issue is if you are looking for a hot shower, this isn’t the place. The showers do not get warmer than luke warm. All the sink faucets get very hot so it’s not a hot water heater issue. The minor issue is that on low visibility days or night time arrivals for the first time to the property it is almost impossible to find the gravel driveway that leads up to the house. There are no lights or reflectors that indicate where the driveway is. Other than those issues, the management is very responsive and the small touches are nice.

Clean near Astoria
There is only one real bedroom. Down stairs there are two rooms that have beds in them but one is missing a door, and the other does not have an egress window. Upstairs is a cute little loft. It is almost never needed, but be advised there is no AC. Also there was not internet, or Cable TV for the one TV in the unit. A nice addition was the water filter in the fridge and the Keurig with Coffee in the cabinet. Overall we had a lovely stay and the things that didn't work didn't ruin our short visit. This is not a neighborhood I would take my kids for a walk in. It is right on the edge of industrial.

Do not use LussoStay
When we arrive to the property the outside was dirty and there was no grass just dirt and 2-3 foot high weeds even around the door. We had to wait for the cleaning crew to finish because LussoStay told them we would be arriving after 6 but we told LussoStay we would arrive between 3-4. Inside the house it was hot, then we realized there was no AC even though the listing stated there was indeed AC. The refrigerator leaked all over the kitchen floor and flooded the inside of the refrigerator and the fan made a loud noise. The upstairs smoke detector was hanging and had no batteries installed. The toilet was not securely bolted down. The kitchen screen was thrown outside in the dirt. The kitchen table was sticky, the oven had a pile of grease in it. There were 2 large active bees nests on the side of the house. The outdoor furniture cushions were dirty and moldy. The upstairs bedroom had a steep, narrow staircase then at the top there was a 3 foot high wall to jump over to get to the bed. We emailed LussoStay numberous times. They did have someone come and use a weed wacker on the yard only to throw debris and gravel everywhere. Other responses from LussoStay were that our comments would help future guest and offered us no considerations for all of our inconveneince and disappointments I assume since they already had our money they no longer cared about our experience at the property even though their listing was incorrect.
