The room was supposed to have a queen size bed, the bed frame might have been a queen size but the mattress was not. fitted sheet was oversized and folded under the mattress, the mattress was too small for the frame. It was not comfortable for two people. I am guessing it was a twin-size mattress on a queen-size frame. Not a good night's sleep

Not a good vibe
Myself along with 2 other parties arrived just after 10, maybe 1030p. There was no one at the front desk. I had to call a number on a placard on the desk that said to call for assistance. First time I was hung up on. Finally someone came by. Didn't say Hi, sorry, nothing. Then it took the man at least 20 minutes to start up the computer he was supposed to be at. Then it took him turning on another computer to get keys set up. Not one word from the guy the entire time. He asked me for my card and i had no idea what it was swiped for. No receipt no explanation. I was exhausted from a long drive and had to get up early and just wanted my room so i didn't complain. He tells me what room I'm in and i had to ask him where it was. It was dark, I'm not repeat guest. The room's bedding seemed clean, but the place stunk. That wet damp wood smell. I get it was late, but it was not after midnight like the website said to state, if you were that late. Isn't it the job of a front desk person to be at the front desk? Literally not worth the 150 after taxes.

Very suitable hotel for the location but please note there is no A/C so it was 78 in the room with the window open and did not cool down at all throughout the night. Barely slept so bring a fan if you want to stay cool

Disappointed in the cleanliness. Room hadn't been vacuumed, sheets didn't smell fresh. Had a second room and it was better but the shower does not drain. No amenities list anywhere. Found it about the laundry after I drove to Aspen to find a laundry mat. No sign on door even indicating laundry room was behind it.

This is an awful place to stay. Every day we were locked out of our room and had to go to the next hotel over to get any help. there was no customer service, and they did nothing to make it better!! NEVER STAY HERE

Dont stay in this hotel . I stayed here for a day. There was no water for showers and they do not pick up the calls. There was no reception so it takes time for checkin .I dont recommend this hotel.

Please spend and extra $20 and stay somewhere else! When checking in a sign says no AC which is fine in wintertime but not acceptable in the summer. At 2:00 am staff was talking loud outside and I asked them to please leave and talk somewhere because their shotty hotel has no ac we needed to have the window open! They mocked me and said “meow”. The condition of the property was that of a 3rd world country. Here was literal boards on the walkway to our room covering up god knows what! Holes maybe?

No staff at counter when I checked in. Had to call a number that had on desk but no one answered. I know it’s off season but still. I had to get bar tender to call someone. They walked over from next door hotel that was a more luxury scale. So they don’t care about other customers. No A/C in rooms and no screen on window so couldn’t open for some cool air.

place of last resort
If for the purpose of skiing Snowmass, one has no other options for shelter, then stay here. But I visited in August and found it unsatisfying. It's like staying in a skier dormitory environment. Front desk people non-existent. I ridiculous "resort fee" tacked on that I wasn't expecting. Only de-caf coffee was available to me, and after "brewing" was cold. Tattered facility in general. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

When we first arrived, there was no one at the check in counter. We had to call the services line to get someone to check us in. The furniture in the room is extremely outdated and there are stains all over the furniture. There is no AC, holes in the walls, and the room feels dirty. I would not come back here. Pay the additional cost and get a decent room.

Had a horrible experience here, especially for the price I paid. We left for dinner and came back with the window wide opened, propped against the chair. When we tried to close it, we realized the window wouldn’t close and we needed someone to come in and fix it for us in the middle of the night. I was staying with another girl and we felt so unsafe. The worker was not helpful or cared about our safety. We also found out the the door was broken because he told us. He said he would be back to fix it and did not come back. There were people outside of our room talking and yelling so loud we stayed up most of the night. Not to mention the place smelled gross and was not clean. The bathroom was disgusting. Overall, had a horrible experience through and through. I wanted to complain to someone at the front desk and no one was there during check out so we left.

Poorly maintained and outdated.
I found the hotel rooms to be rather outdated and inadequate. It appears that the rooms haven’t been updated since the 70’s. The toilet size is that for children, the tub/shower is a very low profile, I experienced a luke-warm shower, the bathroom doesn’t have a toilet-paper dispenser, the in room coffee make leaks, the knob for the window doesn’t work and you have to pull the casement window to open it.

when we checked into the hotel we were immedietly told tht our stay had been overbooked and that we were "being "upgraded" to another hotel down the street. but it was a good thing becuase its a 4 star hotel" When we go down to the new hotel we are greated with valet who proceed to tell us that they will valet our car and its $50/day or we can self park 1 mile away. When we go in to check in I am told that my deposit is 2x what it was supposed to be. Then to get to my room I have to go to the elevator, take it to 3, go down a hall to another elevator, take it to 5, then go down another hall, that that one to 7, and then take a final elevator to 8. We got a luggage cart and was immedietly told that the bell hop must stay with us the entire time we have to luggage cart. I felt like I was put in a room as far from the "4 star' hotel as possible. Once we got to the room, it was nice, though the bed was hard and uncomfortable. I would not book a stay with Wildwood or the Hotel i was transferred to again due to the way the staff at both hotels made me feel at check in.

Upon arrival the reception desk is unattended. You have to call a phone number and have someone from a sister hotel come to help. The first time we tried to get help, we left after 25 minutes. Figuring we'll try again later. The second time it took about 10-15 minutes. Nice staff. But that was weird. The room.... well this hotel was the cheapest we could find. We don't spend much time in the room. We needed a place to sleep with our dog. The beds were perfectly fine. Clean. Comfortable. The room is old, dirty, stained. So old. No AC. Oooooof. The fan supplied was so loud. 3 decaf coffee pods (?????). Peeling bathtub. I could go on. But, having experienced Aspen and understanding its a very wealthy area. I truly think that for our budget, this was the best we could get. One thing, the location is prime. I will say that.

I have booked 2 beds room however I have allotted room with one king bed and later I have Shifted 2 bed room with temperature 86 and entire night is on same temp and it Was nightmare.what ever box AC in the room never worked.very unpleasant experience with this motel and will not refer to anyone.
