Very unusual hotel stay. What started as a two-day stay for a family wedding extended two additional days waiting for Hurricane Helene to get through and to locate a passable route out of the area. The entire hotel staff performed impeccably under tremendous pressure yet remained calm and reassuring to the guests. They made provisions for folks to remain past reservation dates to keep people safe until leaving the area became an option. No way would I stay at any other facility in Brevard than with the great people at the Comfort Inn and Suites. Thank you very much.

We were at the hotel during the hurricane and floodine. Definitely not an ideal situation but the hotel was a haven in the storm. Everyone kind and very helpful even though the added difficulties made their jobs much more tiring

Four years and counting
We have been staying at this Hotel for our trips for the last four years. The overall rating is still quite good, but I can see the lack of detail compared to the staff/owner from a few years ago. We will still stay here though. It fits all our needs, and the beds are amazing. Pretty good breakfast also.

Would stay here again. This property felt safe and was clean. Staff wasn't the friendliest but that's not why I was staying. This is a great hotel if you're going to see pisgah national forest. Breakfast was hot and had some options. It was relatively quiet at this hotel too.

Room was exceptionally clean. Convenient location, breakfast area was stocked well - however, construction workers were staying there and would completely wipe out thefresh food and take it in their lunch boxes... staff ahould have prevented this in irder for other guests to also enjoy.
