Very quiet. Close to so many things. The Biltmore is 15 minutes away. Biltmore village closer than that. All kinds of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very good.

I actually ended up NOT staying because the hotel was SO dark and sketchy for a solo traveler. I noticed when I arrived after driving 9 hours. They would not refund my stay, and their customer service and understanding was terrible. The entry was dark and there was only key card access after 10pm and if they had security it didn’t feel safe. Super sketchy.

The king size bed sloped from both sides into a deep trough in the center of the mattress which made for a very uncomfortable night and a very sore back in the morning. The noise from the traffic was awful. There were people milling around outside and the area looked like a lot of businesses had pulled out and closed down around it giving the property a sketchy almost unsafe feel.

Well kept but appeared older. Pool was small but pleasant. Easy access and very helpful, polite staff. Some outlets didn’t work. We were there for one night on our way to the beach. Definitely met our needs.

It's close to the downtown area. Hotel is clean and fresh. Pool was nice. It did not provide breakfast options. Location is OK, nothing walkable. And if you get a room facing the street be ready to be awake at 5am.
