I stayed in a room poolside. The pool was very crowded and small. They allow people in who aren’t staying at the hotel for a membership fee. Housekeeping was subpar the first night, they just basically made the bed and that was it. Did not refresh the plastic cups or the paper coffee cups. Ran out of toilet paper and body wash. Good location, great restaurant next-door.

Awesome hotel! Great location to Ashville. 10 min from the Biltmore and walkable to many restaurants and breweries. The cabana room was great. Nice outdoor area to hang out in.

This is an excellent hotel , great location and in excellent shape, I will definitely stay here on future trips to Asheville and will consider the brand in other cities. One criticism, when I checked in I told the gentleman at the front desk that because of the Tropical Storm Debby we would like to stay an additional night or two to which he responded they were fully booked. My disappointment lay in the fact that he offered no assistance or suggestions for alternative lodging, whether it be one of their properties or a competitor.
