Requested handicapped rooms was put in back where we had to use steps. Hard to get to breakfast, couldn't use wheelchair. Requested side by side rooms so I could take care of both elderly people. Rooms were not together.. back door was not secure , did not even have to use room key to get in.

Terrible Experience

Toilet would not flush properly. It overflowed. Front desk person said “when you’re done, come up here and you can switch rooms.” We were on first floor and got relocated to second floor…when we asked about location of elevator, front desk person pointed and said “stairs”. So rude and no apology for anything. Although not his fault, it was clear he did not belong in a customer service role. No elevator surprised us, but the hotel was only two floors. Will not recommend or stay again.

It was a quick stay to attend a wedding so didn't see much of the hotel or surrounding area. Tge room was very clean and comfortable, the front desk attendant was very friendly during check in. Breakfast was good.

The staff was great and very helpful. We had trouble getting the key cards to work at time. One of the cards in particular wouldn’t work. It was easier for us to park in the back and use the rear entrance which requires the key card to open the door. It wouldn’t work at all on the rear entrance so we had to walk all the way around to the front. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The shower head was old, leaking, and falling apart. There are some things that need attention but the staff is wonderful.
