Kitchen & Outdoor Entertaining:
The gourmet kitchen is a perfect blend of style and functionality, equipped with a coffee machine and a complete set of kitchenware to cater to all your culinary desires. The outdoor BBQ area offers an excellent space for laid-back barbecue gatherings. The private outdoor paved entertainment area offers spaces for dining and lounging around a smokeless fire pit, perfect for relaxation and social gatherings.

Bedrooms:
The spacious Master Bedroom, featuring a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, is located on the main level along with a double bedroom, the main bathroom, laundry, kitchen, and living areas. Two additional double bedrooms are situated on the lower level along with a bathroom, providing ample space for guests.

★ Note: The sofa bed is available for the extra guest/s or it can be made up on request.
Bedding is $30 extra per person nightly.

Noise Monitoring System:
- All of our properties are equipped with a noise monitoring system that continuously tracks noise levels (without recording audio/conversations) and promptly alerts the property manager if noise exceeds permissible limits.
- This system assesses decibel levels across the property, solely focusing on sound intensity without recording or eavesdropping, ensuring no collection, storage, or sharing of personal data occurs.

Quiet hours 10pm-8am. We do not accept bookings for parties or functions.
