Located at Avenida da Liberdade 05D, Praia dos Anjos - Arraial do Cabo (near the Camping Club).

House (3rd floor) fully furnished, has 02 rooms with 03 double beds and split air conditioning, living room with LED TV and Oi Tv, kitchen with microwaves, stove, refrigerator, table and chairs, utensils in general and treated water. You do not have to buy mineral water because we have a water filter. In addition to bathroom, laundry area, balcony and garage.

The house has a privileged location 200m from Praia dos Anjos, and you can walk quietly. On one side (this one closest to the property) Praia dos Anjos is great for bathing, even for children, due to its calm waters. On the other side is where you can go sightseeing, diving and fishing, where you can enjoy the most beautiful beaches in the Region: Praia do Forno, As Prainhas and Ilha do Farol Beach, as well as glimpsing the Blue Grotto, Pedra do Gorila among other natural attractions. Praia Grande is 800 meters away and Prainha is 1.2 km away. The place of the hole of the ounce is to 300m, in it it is possible to walk the night, to enjoy the restaurants, pizzeria and bars. Bakery next to the property, supermarket, dive operators, exits for boat rides all right nearby. Other options close to the property are: The Praia dos Anjos boardwalk and the Praia Grande boardwalk where you can enjoy the kiosks. The city center is also not far away, about 1Km.

Boa Localização
O processo de check in foi muito bom. A esposa do Sr Allan responde super rápido e é bastante atenciosa. A Localização da casa é ótima, perto das melhores praias. Tem padaria ao lado e mercado próximo. A parte da garagem não é muito bonita mas o apartamento é legal, com tv a cabo, ar condicionado novo e geladeira boa. Bom apartamento. O lado que foi negativo foi a roupa de cama, que na descrição dizia que não precisava levar mas eles cobram 30 reais por kit de roupa de cama. Se precisar de toalha ainda é mais caro. Como dizia que não precisava, foi sem e precisei comprar no caminho pois achei o preço um absurdo. Não há problemas em cobrar, mas deveria estar claro na descrição, aí não iria avaliar mal esse detalhe, pois fiquei enganado nesse ponto. Outro ponto que indico melhorar é colocar tranca nas portas dos quartos.

Tranquilo, confortável e pertinho de tudo. Anfitrião nos passou algumas dicas do que fazer e indicou o passeio de barco numa excelente operadora a qual ele tem acesso direto a gerente na qual deu um desconto para nós além de ir até nós para entregar os tickets e isto facilitou tudo. Excelente experiência. A casa é exatamente como estava no anúncio.
O Alan, dono da casa, é muito honesto, cumpriu com todos os combinados. Espero voltar em breve. Uma dica: não sigam o GPS, ele te mostra um caminho que passa pelo morro. Considerem a segunda rotula próxima a delegacia para virarem a esquerda para acesso ao calçadão da Praia dos Anjos.
