Amazing city, the most beautiful hotel. Staff was great. You couldn’t find better views of the mountains in the world. Beds were hard for my taste ( I think it helps with soreness we walked so much and never sore). Hills are pretty steep in area so be prepared.

The staff here is incredible- so helpful with advice or any questions you have! They even helped exchange money when i ran low on cash. The view is amazing from the eating platform to a room with a balcony. I enjoyed the Jacuzzi, especially after a long hike through the valley. The only drawback is the hot water would turn off at night so I couldn't enjoy the warm Jacuzzi to its fullest.

El paisaje y la vista son realmente espectaculares, proporcionando un entorno tranquilo y hermoso que nos permitió relajarnos y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Sin embargo, la habitación no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Encontramos que necesitaba algunas mejoras para estar a la altura del maravilloso entorno. Además, las toallas estaban algo desgastadas y deberían actualizarse para ofrecer una experiencia más cómoda y agradable a los huéspedes. En cuanto al desayuno y el servicio, ambos fueron excelentes. El personal fue amable y atento, y la calidad del desayuno superó nuestras expectativas, con una buena variedad y frescura. En general, la belleza del exterior y la vista son aspectos destacados, y el excelente desayuno y servicio compensan en gran medida las áreas que necesitan mejoras.

Best views ive ever had
Amazing hotel, in a lovely city. Salento is safe and colourful and beatiful. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, you can have a lovely breakfast seeing the amazing valle del cocora.

The location and view couldn’t get any better than this! The room was great with the outdoor hot tub was wonderful! They arranged transportation from and to the airport which was wonderful. We enjoyed this town very much.

Such a great experience staying here. The staff was super friendly, the view from the room was breathtaking, the jacuzzi was perfect to relax after a long day of walking, the breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend. Totslly worth the price.

Nice hotel - amazing views- very comfortable- it is at the top of a hill that could be rough if you jave mobility issues- only thing i would change is breakfast starts at 0730 which is pretty late for a hiking town and trying to get to jeeps by 0830
