Very good hotel(but no hot water for2days)
The owner is kind, helpful, and the structure is very nice, BTW it was not clear at all why we couldn't take an hot shower in 2 days, no clear explanation, no real help for this,On the other hand the low internet signal is understandable. Arequipa is cold at night and in the early morning For 16 bucks por night hot water is a must. I was in a horrible hostel before, nearby this hotel, and we had hot shower twice

It's an old house, verte pretty and una closet yo the Main Square and other historial sites. Staff service is terrible and don't take the tours With them, they working with they agencia HS and it's terrible!

safe, near the city center, in front of one of the best Pizza store in town, cheap pricing, use a very old house, have many advantages to be there, of course its not a fancy hotel, but rate/position/ time of accommodation, its a good mix, so i recoment the hotel.

Where do I start, WE LEFT THIS HOTEL after 2 hrs, don't trust the pictures on Expedia site. Our party of 5 was so disappointed with this hotel. Booked 2 rooms, triple and double. The triple room was above our double room, felt like a loft and you could here everything. The walking, the toilet flushing you name it. One of the beds did not have a mattress, was more like a cot. The beds were dusty. There was no mirror in the bathroom. In the Double room the beds were also dusty and the mattresses were hard and the room did not feel clean. When confronting the receptionist, she showed us 2 other rooms which did not look or feel any better. We could not get ourselves to stay so we left. The Expedia rep booked us another hotel.

Cuando llegue al hotel todo estuvo bien, hasta qué ingresé a la ducha, luego de jabonarme se enfrió el agua y estuve 30 minutos esperando que solucionen la avería de la Therma,( no lo lograron) traslada dome a otra habitación para terminar con mi baño, luego de haberme congelado. No hay intercomunicador en la habitación.

Hospedaje céntrico, algo descuidado, buen desayuno
Good: fresh fruit juices pineapple, mango and papaya, brewed coffee, fried or scrambled eggs, served breakfast before 7am - on request :) Not good: the rooms didn't look like in the pictures. No hair dryer in the room. Toiletries are a couple of mini soap bars and a shampoo dispenser. No bath towels, just a couple of worn small ones, which they didn't change.
