We loved Los Lagos. This was a reasonably priced hotel in Arenal with a stunning view of the volcano. The grounds are beautiful and the thermal springs are good. The shuttle service is very quick and all employees were gracious. The bar drinks were great and a decent price, as was the bar food. Location is excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for your family.
This was a tough one, absolutely loved the hotel amd the hot springs. Had some issues with our AC. They did move us to a new room, but it took 14 hours. They were very nice and helpful. Despite other reviews i dont feel its outdated, i felt it exceeded its price point. The other big concern we read about is the walk if at the top. Except for night one when there was a huge storm we really had no issue. Our first room had a balcony amd patio amd we saw wildlife everyday off both. We will definetly be coming back.

Beautifully maintained tropical grounds. Enjoyed the hot spring pools and swim up bar. Took advantage of zip lining on property and had an amazing experience with our four patient guides.They were professional, courteous and understanding about a nervous first timer. We loved the Mirador view. Thank you for some beautiful memories!
