It’s a beautiful property externally. The greenery, the view and landscape is gorgeous. The rooms need some upgrading. It’s very old fashioned. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot springs were wonderful. It was a great stay. Thank you.

This property was beautiful, staff was friendly and it wasn't crowded, i was able to always have my own hot spings pool . What would make this property a 10/10 opposed to a 8/10 is if it was all inclusive, and i didn't have to feel like everytime i ordered something i need to pull out money.

The pools and hot springs were phenomenal! The setting is amazing- great views of the volcano! And so close to La Fortuna and all the amenities and excursions in the area! I will definitely be back!
