It was difficult to go up with a suitcase to the second floor , because they had no elevator, they also did not have a soap dish of any kind to put your soap on, while you are showering ,also no toilet tissue holder?? The shower area and some of the flooring are new, but what gives with the basic essentials??

The hotel has a good pool, daily breakfast, two parkings and the staff is friendly. I stayed on the first floor and my room was big and clean, with shower, little refrigerator and a cold a/c. BUT....the shower is small, the water temperture is either too hot or too cold, when we used the towels it was very difficult to obtain clean towels again, because they don't have enough. Also you need to request toilet paper and clean service and is not good (only change bath trash can and bring one or two new towels and we were 4). The room didn't have window, outlets, trash can, phone, hangers, good lightning and some sheets and towels had stains. The breakfast is the same every day in Marcos Pizza attached facilities and the egg taste fishy.

The rooms are just okay. No microwave, no iron, no hair dryer, no electrical outlet in bathroom, not all room outlets are in working condition. Walls are thin and you can hear all noises.. Asked for towel at 10pm and was told all towels were dirty? A hotel without clean towels? Breakfast is pretty poor, eggs are not good at all. However staff was very cordial.

The pictures misrepresent the property. Lobby and salon were gorgeous. Our room was downstairs, no windows, stained towels, my husband had to fix the toilet. Only 1/2 roll TP sitting on back of toilet, only one outlet - the “on site restaurant” is an attached Marco’s Pizza, the breakfast was blah- skip the hot breakfast, eggs tasted like fish and the ham was a thin piece of lunch meat. Also the room had a table but no chairs, a rack for clothes but no hangers, an ice bucket but no cups and we couldn’t find any ice. Mirrors and walls were filthy, bad lighting, … it was like being in a basement room, also TV wasn’t working properly and there were no hand towels…. Tried to tell management upon check out but no one was at the desk.

The staff were very nice. The place was clean and the parking was convenient. My room had a very small window you would expect to find on a cruise ship. Not really a big deal since I was only sleeping in the room. The rooms are big and clean. They do have a very nice large pool area. In closing it just makes 4 stars mostly because of the staff and the fact that it is a good value. I would stay there again if I am in that area.

This hotel looks nothing like the images, my family and I just needed a place to sleep the night and we checked in fairly late, around 10pm - went straight to bed, beds have stained sheets, it’s not great but unfortunately it’s non refundable at this point… next morning we woke up early for breakfast which was not very good - eggs tasted fishy, best thing was the bread and butter. Not worth it. The worst part was after checking out at 10:25, we proceeded to our next destination & I received a charge / email from the hotel at 12:30 - stating there was missing towels from our room. After calling trying to find a solution to this problem, manager is not available & in being told that house keeping reported two towels missing. I’m very upset as we didn’t even shower or use any towels. Will never recommend this stinky hotel! Save your money! They steal from you. !!! If you stay, I would ask what the heck is supposed to be in the room because we didn’t touch a thing and I’m being accused of taking towels. Very upsetting experience!
