We love the location of this hotel, and have been satisfied in the past for a 2 or 3 star hotel. This time, there was no hot water during our stay and they did not inform us of that. When I reported it, the response was 'oh we know, everyone is complaining.
The breakfast was poor, not a buffet at all, just a tray with some items on it. Certainly not worth paying extra for.
The pool is lovely, but the weather was windy and the staff did not clean the pool, so there was quite a lot of debris. No room service unless you request it.
All in all, I feel the service has gone down at this hotel and I will be looking for another choice when we return to Aqaba.
