Property was very quiet, and room was clean. Nice to have a second room as part of the room reservation. Food options and shopping were very close. Timber Rattlers baseball stadium was very accessible from the hotel.

I thought it had a really nice pool. The rooms were outdated. There was a lot of dirt and items underneath the bed. The carpet was very stained.

Not a good stay.
The room smelled musty the carpet was stained and sticky. The bathroom light barely came on. The air conditioner barely worked. The hot tub at the pool didn't bubble and was barely warm.

Exceptional customer service, beautiful room!
I originally booked and prepaid this as a two night stay, but had an emergency and needed to leave after one night, and pay to stay at a hotel in a different town. I initially called La Quinta customer service to ask if the second night booking could be transferred to the other town's La Quinta. They told me this was not possible and offered no other options. Just in case, I decided to contact the front desk, and got Leslie on the phone. She agreed that the booking could not be transferred, then stunned me by helping me to get a refund for the second night so I could afford to stay in a different hotel. Without her help, I would have been in a really tough place. Thanks Leslie, for offering an unexpected solution! When I checked in I was very impressed that they had a veteran's parking spot right up front, which made me feel so welcome, as did Gazelle at check-in. My room was gorgeous, and so roomy! The bed was almost ridiculously comfy. Breakfast was pretty good. I have only 2 criticisms: for some reason the hallways had gouge marks down the walls, running the length of the hallway, about a foot up from the floor, and some of the hall carpets were stained. These made me question my choice of hotel, but seeing the room alleviated my concern. I do suggest you lock your cars. I did, not realizing I had left one window halfway down. Something minor was taken, and it was my own fault.

There were scratching sounds in the walls at night that I think were rodents. Keeping us awake. Property needs updating. Milk was empty at breakfast and no attendant while I was there. We paid top dollar for an inferior property. Parking lot needs paving. I could list more. Front desk attendant was good and we did not complain.

The room I stayed in had a very strong urine and cigarette smell and there was dog food on the carpet (I don't have a dog). There were spiders and cob webs in the corners of the room. The staff is lovely and they were very friendly and great, this establishment is just in need of serious renovations.

Checkin was easy. The lady Essence was very nice at the front desk. The room was clean spacious and the sheets and towels were clean no stains. They offered Dove shampoos conditioner body was and lotion. The pool room was warm and clean and it stayed open till 11. Breakfast choices were nice, unsure if the meats were turkey or pork so i steered clear no visible signage stating what it was. Check out was easy. Received a text and was able to check out on my phone
