Best thing was digital check in and being able to pick your rooms. The rooms themselves were clean and tidy. Staff was friendly. Pool was small but fine. Unruly small kids running around the pool at 7-8pm, same kids jumping into the hot tub, walking right over us as we are sitting in the tubs. Their parents were not in the tub nor were these kids ever told to. Breakfast area was tight and it was very crowded at 8am on a Sunday morning. There were only two hot food items, which was a little disappointing given options available at comparable hotels. The hot food wasn’t enough and kept running out every 3rd-4th person.

Very Nice

We arrived a little early. No King rooms were ready, but the desk agent was able to switch us to a DBDB to accommodate an early check in. She was friendly and courteous. Location is near the highway, but no road noise inside. Room was nice, a but small but fine for us, nice desk area and plenty of outlets. Pool and hot tub area were clean and we enjoyed using them. Fitness room is spacious with good equipment options, although we didnt end up using it. Breakfast was good - enjoyed the 2 waffle options and lots of topping choices. Hotel is close to everything - fast food, restaurants (walked to Machine Shed Restaurant which we really enjoyed), gas, etc. The breakfast attendant was friendly and efficient - everything was kept clean.

We arrived AFTER check in time and was given a room. When we opened the door the room had NOT been turned over. There was trash everywhere and the beds were not remade nor the bathroom cleaned. We had to ask for another room that was actually ready! Not goid!
