I stayed here a few days previously and really liked it, so rebooked for the night before flying back home. I arrived a little after 2 pm and checked to see if I could get into my room a little early. The condescending front desk person proceeded to lecture me that I was not an Honors member etc; I interrupted her and said is my room available or not? No. Okay. I returned a few minutes after 3 and then had to wait for about 10 minutes to check in via the same person as she had to enter items into the system before she could do check ins. Then as an after thought she told me when breakfast was served. Then as I was leaving, where the elevator is. Nothing about the pool or snacks and beverages available in the lobby like the very friendly clerk at my visit a few days earlier. Had this been my first visit, I wouldn’t have rebooked b/c of the clerk.
The hotel is nice, all the other staff I met are nice, the rooms are comfy and good amenities throughout.
BTW, I travel a lot and have never been refused access to my room a little early from other hotels on the few occasions I’ve arrived a bit early. In fact, the front desk has been quite gracious and helpful about it at other hotels.
