When I try to check in a few times I get only one room in time and the other one till finally I have to sleep. The AC never works and it was kind of warm at night really need it. The rooms need some maintenance

This hotel is poorly maintained. The beds were uncomfortable. Sheets and pillows are old. A couple that stay in this hotel too, found bedbugs. The water had a sewage smell. I do not recommend the stay in this property. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. The location is unsafe.

Le hace falta demasiado mantenimiento a la hacienda y que le den una buena limpiada a los vidrios del restaurante y a los de la alberca del spa. Las camas para mí gusto están súper incomodas, el colchón parece piedra. La limpieza del cuarto está bien. El personal es amable. Pero si pudiera ser una atracción turística como la ex hacienda de Chautla o Santa María Regla pero tienen el lugar muy descuidado.

Pésimo no lo recomiendo
Les falta mucho mantenimiento y limpieza al hotel la alberca sucia el restaurante sucio,olia feo y caro , habiataciones masomensos , ruido excesivo toda la noche porque hacen fiestas en sus salones y no dejan dormir, a los jardines les hace falta que los corten , demasiados zancudos..Publicidad engañosa no te especifican que no puedes usar el spa de agua termal ,es con costo extra (carisisisismo mas caro que el hospedaje y esta horrible y descuidado ) pésimo todo estoy muy decepciónada

La Atencion es buena, las habitaciones están muy lindas pero el tema del Spa hay poca atención y las regaderas están en al estado y sucias… y el baño turco no servía. De todo lo demás normal y bonito. Los meseros muy amables y la comida muy rica.
