Good and Bad
Villa was spacious and clean though some aspects of maintenance required, ie broken tiles inside and out , whirlpool bath not working and unable to access of road parking as no key . Looked like it had not been opened in a long time. TV could be a bit intermittent but this was not a huge problem for us . Overall we enjoyed our stay but you definitely need a car .

Had a really great week, fantastic spacious , private villa which offered a great relaxing break with 3 young children. Pool guard around the heated pool was an extra safety measure and communication and check in and out process was seamless. Thanks and hope to be back in the Summer, Tony.

Great villa ideally situated if you want to explore the island. Hire car recommended if you are staying here. Great views all around. Fantastic restaurant in the village, Los Caracolitos. Excellent bird watching right on your doorstep.

Superb villa in nice quiet location by sea
A very well-equipped modern, spacious villa in a perfect location for our needs - fairly central location for getting around the island by car, quiet and peaceful but close enough to Caleta (5 minute drive) and also a good restaurant within walking distance (5 mins). As keen birdwatchers, it was also a great spot for us, with the Salinas del Carmen saltpans and Barranco del Torre both within 5-10 mins walking distance, sea-watching from the terrace, and shrikes nesting in the garden! You can tell by the quality of furnishings, appliances etc that the villa is used by its owner and not just a holiday let, and it really felt like a home from home. Lots of space inside and out, especially for just the two of us, and a decent sized swimming pool for those hot sunny afternoons! Communication with the owner and the property managers (Tony and Sharon) before and during our stay was excellent, with clear directions on how to get there and arrange access on arrival, and contact details in case of problems whilst we were there (none encountered - all was fine). The place was clean and tidy, despite the previous week's sandstorm apparently covering the place with sand - no sign of this thanks to Tony and Sharon's heroic clean-up effort before we arrived! Overall, we would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again ourselves if we visit the island again.

Relaxing holiday
This was our second visit to this villa and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Very quiet location which is what we are looking for but only 5 minutes away from all the amenities by car. This time the internet was very patchy which meant that often the television didn’t work but it wasn’t a huge deal. We paid to have the pool heated and it was lovely and warm. We will definitely visit again and would recommend to anyone who wants to relax in peace

Perfect villa
An amazing villa in a perfect location. Very quiet area and a perfect view. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Great to have enough mugs, glasses and plates to not have to keep washing up. All the furniture was very comfortable. If you can get up the two front steps, the rest of the villa is accessible, all on one level and a walk in shower. Good sized pool. Very helpful communication with Peter before and after booking, who answered all our questions honestly. Tony and Sharon, the local managers, were very helpful and friendly and did a good job. And did we mention the view?! Who doesn't want to sit and look at the sea all day - and from the lounge there was an uninterrupted view. A truly lovely villa. We don't do going back - but I'm sure we'll be back here.

Excellent house!
The house is amazing, you have the best of both worlds being in a quiet location with fantastic view but just a 5 minute taxi ride to the local shops, bars, restaurants and the port!! The house is spotlessly clean and the welcome pack was great. Tony and Sharon were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, they have a great knowledge of the area so can point you in the right direction for trips and days out. Myself and the children (aged 11 and 2 14 year olds) loved it, we will definitely be looking to book again for next year!

Very nice villa, Good location, would certainly stay there again, however there are some things that do need improving: 1. poor quality towels and bed linen, definitely need replacing. 2. Basic cleaning materials such as washing up liquid, bin bags, dish cloths should be available. 3. Villa needs a 'useful information booklet' with key contact numbers and what to do if, we had to call out the property services guy a couple of times when the electric power supply failed and also when the pool heater tripped out. 4. Outdoor furniture (sunbeds, chairs, tables) for a villa of this standard all need replacing, all sunbeds in very poor condition and some, particularly those on the balcony area were very dirty, in fact we did not use them because of this, the sunbed cushions/mattresses were very old and in poor condition and also note that although we didn't need more than 2 mattresses there were only 3 available for a villa that advertises for 6 people. 5. Pool cleaning we appreciate should be carried out regularly, however ideally we would have preferred it to be carried out either early in the morning or early evening so as not to have been disturbed during the day.

Peaceful with stunning views
We stopped at the property for a week. It's far enough from the hustle and bustle to relax but if you fancy a night on the tiles it is only a short taxi ride away. Lovely villa with everything you need. The pool is a great size. Would defiantly visit again for a longer period of time.

Superb quiet location.
Villa is quite large. Both the lounge and kitchen have fantastic views across the sea. Advertised with a spa bathroom, which is a bonus, but also has another shower room with W.C in the main bedroom. Which made things easier. The roof terrace is great for sunbathing and photographing the surrounding area. Everything was provided inside the villa. Property managers couldn’t have done more to provide a great holiday.

The experience could be even better if the owner invests in new bed sheets and towels and introducing a weekly bed sheets and towels changing. Otherwise incredible settings, unspoiled views of the see and well kept premises. We would love to come back if the above recommendations can be implemented.

Fantastic Family Holiday
We stayed at this Villa as a family of 3 for two weeks and were joined by my parents for a week as well. We had a brilliant time, it was our second visit to Caleta de Fuste having previously stayed in a villa on the golf resort a few minutes down the road. Whilst this property is a couple of minutes further out of town it is absolutely worthwhile for the stunning location and peace and quiet. We like Caleta for it's relaxed and quiet feel in relation to other resorts in the Canaries and this location complimented that perfectly. Our two year old daughter had a fantastic time every day in the heated pool and the villa was perfectly comfortable to accommodate us all. The kitchen is well appointed and the BBQ area is fantastic. We used it nearly every day. The TV which boasts all the UK sattelite channels was an unexpected bonus. We didnt go away to watch TV but our daughter gets up at 6am and CBBC keeps her entertained whilst breakfast is being made. It was nice to be able to keep up with the football too. Paul the guy who manages the Villa and cleans the pool was a top bloke and couldnt have been more helpful. I suspect we will we back to Caleta in the future and this will be our first point of call for accommodation without a shadow of a doubt.

A lovely villa in a great quiet spot
We really enjoyed our stay at villa. No problems and the spot was perfect for us as we wanted peace and quiet and privacy. You would definitely need a car to enjoy staying here as it’s a fair walk to shops. Anyone who wants a quiet comfortable holiday would enjoy their stay.

Villa was lovely especially a pool to ourselves, my daughters loved it. Beds could have been better.
I think for the price beds should be of better quality and the fact you don't have a large dustbin to put all the rubbish - we had to take the 5 small bags off rubbish to the industrial bins on the street - didn't expect that having paid £1000 euros for a 7 day stay. Apart from those minor points we loved the whole holiday and property with no else around. The main centre was about 10min taxi ride away and was fairly priced. Overall had a great time and can back with fantastic tans and 2 great 10 and 8 year old swimmers.

Well equiped, spacious villa with great views!
Had a great 14 night holiday in this villa. The place is well equipped and very spacious inside and out. Set on the edge of a quiet village this villa has great views in all directions, one way the sea, the other mountains. Just a short drive to the nearest supermarket (5 min) and about 15-20 mins from the airport. This is one of the few places we've stayed in where the villa is actually better than it looks in the photos. Paul who does the hand over was a nice guy too. Would not hesitate to book this property again!

Just spent 28 lovely days enjoying the villa. The villa had great kitchen, lovely bbq. Great sea views that are to die for. From the booking to the arrival was good, all information was quickly available. Paul from the management company was very helpful. Recommend to everyone.

Quiet location
Lovely villa in a quiet location and central to trips out to the north and south of the island. Paul welcomed us to the villa and was very helpful and informative and had a good sense of humour. Never had a bad meal in local restaurants and all were good value for money. Would recommend 'Nesters' restaurant which is a five minute drive away, the food is stunning. Another must is the Oasis zoo. Very clean and animals in beautiful condition. The only criticism I have about the villa was the awful smell coming from the stagnant drain in the garage basement , which filtered through the whole house. I'm sure the owner does not put up with the smell when they are in residence. I would definately stay again providing the drain cover was sorted .

Waren zum 2. mal in der Villa, für uns war alles perfekt, kleines Restaurant fussläufig zu erreichen. Für Leute die Ruhe und Erholung suchen ist es ideal. Der Pool ist groß und für uns mit dazu gebuchter Poolheizung super.

La casa bien pero estábamos muy aislados.
La casa por dentro perfecta, pero había varios avisperos fuera, muchas cucarachas (normal en las islas) que salían por la noche y caían a la piscina que limpiaron un día en la semana de estancia. No hay cobertura de teléfono, el wifi funciona bien pero no se podía llamar por teléfono convencional.

Schöne geräumige moderne Villa
Wir haben die Ruhe in dieser Gegend von Fuerteventura sehr genossen. Die Villa ist modern eingerichtet und hat alles was es braucht. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und mit dazu gebuchter Poolheizung angenehm warm. Die Lage mit toller Aussicht auf Berge und Meer haben uns gut gefallen. Kleines Restaurant im direkt angrenzenden Dorf am Meer ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.
