The front desk service was horrible. The staff acted like I was inconveniencing them whenever I needed assistance. My room had a strong mildew smell, and the sheets were damp. Instead of addressing the issue, they tried to cover it with a heavy oil scent. When I asked to change rooms, they wanted to charge an additional $55 per night. They did not honor the VIP access benefits, and the safe in the room was not functioning. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and I would not recommend this property.

Such a beautiful property that feels like it's out of a fairytale. The rooms were quaint, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. The staff are very kind and helpful and are bilingual. Definitely would stay here again.
