In a stunning location, this property, with air conditioning throughout, is spacious and cheerful, nicely furnished and decorated to retain the traditional Provencal atmosphère with a Mediterranean flair.
The piece-de-resistance here must be the ample outdoor living space, ideal for social gatherings around the barbecue in the pool-house or by the lovely outside patio enjoying the splendid, relaxing vista. A variety of colourful plants populate the villa’s terraced grounds, including oleanders, bougainvillea, palm and olive trees, providing the perfect setting in which to unwind.

It has a final clean included (this is a clean that reflects reasonable use of the property).

The town of Antibes is only a short distance by car from this luxury villa, where you can enjoy excellent dining and the vibrant Riviera nightlife. It also boasts the highly recommended Picasso art museum. Antibes sandy beaches are just 15 minutes away. That's if you can manage to pull yourself away from the pool of course.

There are many watersports available nearby.
The Old Antibes, encircled by ramparts, hosts to a weekly Provencal market. and you’ll love its renowned luxury yacht harbour.

The Cote d’Azur’s most famous destinations are all within easy drive from VILLA CITADELLE. You really are spoilt for choice in this perfect location. In fact, you can spend a day on the beach in Antibes or Juan-les-Pins and have lunch on the shore, alternatively you could browse the weekly markets in Valbonne, Antibes or Biot followed by some interesting sightseeing in St Paul de Vence, Eze or St Jean-Cap-Ferrat, visiting the magnificent Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild with its lush gardens. If travelling with children, your itinerary may include Marineland theme park and Aquasplash in Antibes, whilst other members of your party may prefer the boutiques or the glamorous seafront in Cannes, St Tropez or Monaco, all within easy reach.
